Skills Workshop Membership
Service Description
The Skills Workshop Membership is designed for licensed nail professionals and eligible nail students who want ongoing access to hands-on education and professional development throughout the year. Members may attend up to four eligible Skills Workshops per month, allowing them to strengthen foundational skills, refine existing techniques, explore advanced services, and continue developing their business and professional knowledge. Eligible workshops may include Natural Nails, Pedicures, Acrylic, Polygel, Hard Gel, Soft Gel Extensions, Nail Art, Business Development, and other qualifying workshops offered by Tha Nail Artistry Academy. The membership is a 12-month commitment, and workshop registration is subject to availability, scheduling, eligibility requirements, prerequisites, and academy policies.

Cancellation Policy
Skills Workshops are professional educational programs offered to licensed cosmetologists, manicurists/nail technicians, and students currently enrolled in a licensed cosmetology or manicurist program that includes nail services within its scope. These workshops are not open to the general public or unlicensed individuals who are not currently enrolled in an eligible program. Proof of current licensure or active school enrollment may be required. Tha Nail Artistry Academy reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny or cancel participation if eligibility requirements are not met or information provided is inaccurate or unverifiable. Workshops may include demonstrations and hands-on activities involving professional nail products, chemicals, adhesives, electric files, lamps, implements, tools, dust, fumes, and other materials. Participants agree to follow instructor directions, sanitation and safety procedures, manufacturer instructions, and applicable laws and regulations. Participants must disclose any allergy, sensitivity, injury, health condition, or limitation that could affect safe participation. Participation is voluntary and may involve risks including irritation, allergic reaction, cuts, burns, infection, property damage, or other injury. Participants assume the risks associated with workshop participation to the fullest extent permitted by law. Workshop instruction is for educational purposes only and does not replace licensure, formal education, medical or legal advice, or other professional requirements. Attendance does not guarantee competency, employment, business results, or specific service outcomes. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, distribution, teaching, resale, or publication of workshop instruction or academy materials is prohibited. All bookings are subject to the Academy's current cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, transfer, and refund policies. Failure to meet eligibility requirements, complete required forms, attend, or arrive on time does not automatically qualify for a refund or transfer. By booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these requirements and all applicable Tha Nail Artistry Academy policies.
