Cancellation Policy
We’re excited to offer high-quality services and educational experiences at Tha Nail Artistry Academy. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients and participants, please read and follow the policy below before booking any service or workshop. ✨ Booking & Payments: • All services and workshops must be booked through our website at www.thanailartistry.com. • Full payment or a deposit (if applicable) is required to reserve your spot. • Remaining balances (if any) must be paid before or on the day of service/workshop. • Late payments may result in cancellation or loss of spot. ⏰ Late Policy: • Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, a late fee may apply or your service may be shortened to avoid overlapping into the next booking. • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and your payment forfeited. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling: • You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or one-time reschedule. • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeited payment. • Clients are allowed one reschedule per booking. Additional reschedules will not be accommodated. 📸 Media Release (Workshops Only): • For educational workshops, we may take photos or videos for promotional or training purposes. • By attending a workshop, you agree to allow Tha Nail Artistry Academy and its representatives to use media obtained during your session for educational, promotional, and commercial use unless otherwise requested in writing. 🛑 No Extra Guests: • Please do not bring guests or children to your appointment or workshop unless otherwise stated. • Space is limited and reserved for booked clients or participants only. By booking any service or workshop with Tha Nail Artistry Academy, you agree to follow all policies listed above. Failure to comply may result in denial of service and/or loss of future booking privileges.
