Refund & Cancellation Policy
80-Hour Business Development Course
1. Cancellation Window
All tuition and fees are non-refundable after 72 hours from the time of enrollment. If written notice of cancellation is received within 72 hours of payment, the student will be entitled to a full refund, less any applicable credit card or processing fees. 2. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the course, whether in whole or in part, will be considered a forfeiture of enrollment. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or failure to begin the course.
3. Dismissal for Policy Violation
The school reserves the right to terminate enrollment immediately if the student violates any code of conduct, disrupts the learning environment, engages in illegal or unethical activity, or fails to comply with payment obligations. In such cases, all payments and fees will be retained by the school, with no refund or credit provided.
4. Transfers & Substitutions
Payments are non-transferable to another person or future course unless the school provides written approval (via email). Any approved transfer may be subject to an administrative fee.
5. Force Majeure
If the course is canceled or rescheduled due to events beyond the school’s control (e.g., severe weather, natural disaster, public health emergency), the school will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. No refunds will be provided, but the student will be offered a seat in the next available session.
6. Acknowledgement of Understanding
By purcahsing the workshop, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy, and that these terms are binding under Texas state law.
